Elizabeth Chang
- “Don’t think about it just do it” The motto Elizabeth lives and trains by. With over 20 years of fitness experience, Elizabeth has trained athletes,moms, and people with limited abilities. Specialties include: Weight loss, Sports conditioning, kickboxing, core strength, functional training, corrective exercise training, pre and post natal training, strength training-functional flexibility-neuromuscular
physiology-self myofascial release techniques-upper and lower body stretching. “You have to be prepared to work hard to see results. The harder you work the faster you get to your goals”

Max Barry - is a body transformation expert with
14 years experience in the fitness industry. Max
has helped over 1000 clients burn fat, lose weight, increase strength, and improve conditioning, as
an AFPA certified trainer. His lifetime love for the
sport of tennis and experience as a semi pro on a national level has inspired him to design his own techniques to help athletes improve their game.
Max is dedicated to get you the result you’ve been looking for through the proper combination of
exercise and nutrition

 



David Lamson -
is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. He is also CPR/AED certified. His fitness journey started at a young age playing various sports ranging from baseball, lacrosse, and football. This passion for physical activity developed into a desire to teach kids gymnastics for two years which eventually led to training adults. David is currently preparing to compete as a natural body builder. “My purpose on this earth is to help others be the best version of themselves” – David Lamson Boxing is one of the best ways to work multiple muscle groups and burn massive amounts of calories!

Dan - has always been inspired to help others.
He went to Eastern Connecticut State University, received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise
Science. His love for sports and physical activity
has inspired him to help people be the best of themselves. New to the game Dan is charismatic,
and brings the energy to the training floor.
