Small Group Training - Programs with 4-8 participants per class focusing on topics such as weight loss, to help you lose those stubborn 10-40 pounds you can't lose on your own; sport specific training techniques to prepare you to your given sport; be it tennis, golf, or skiing. Great for high school or collegiate athletes; boot camp-to help you increase your cardiac and muscular endurance while having fun and encouraging teamwork.
